Customer must advise RoxiesPetDen within 7 days of delivery for damages or shortages. If the return is for a item the customer decides they do not want the customer is responsible for return shipping within 30 days. A 30% restocking fee will apply. All returns require a RMA#.No refunds given without RMA# or after 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original packaging and in resalable condition .
